It is so difficult to place orders with this company that I'd rather go to the Dentist. What's your NPI? I don't know because that's your number and you didn't share it with me. Their website is terrible. If you have more than one clinic you have to have a separate account number for each. We have 15. I hate giving them an order because I don't want to reward their horrible customer service.
