They won’t refund unauthorized charges

They took out 99.00 from my card when I cancelled them after only a month because it doesn't work. I cancelled them last year and on May 7th of this year they took out money they had no right to take. They do not get any stars from me! User's recommendation: It is a total scam. Not worth your money.
