returned item within 3 days of receipt in new condition. I paid for shipping! waited 45 days for my refund minus their BS re-stocking charge and received nothing. they have my money and the product and are sending threatening emails because I filed a dispute with paypal. horribly rude. they are threatening "collections" now. I dont know what they can collect as they have my funds and the product but I think paypal might be holding funds since I filed a dispute. I never applied for any credit with them so I dont see how they can tarnish that even though it appears they will try. classless customer service.
