I have ordered a month ago 4 wheels for my wife's car. They arrived after a week, which is fine ($80 for shipping you would expect a little faster shipping). I opened to inspect the wheels and it turns out one of them was a totally different wheel in the package and it was used too. I have called over 20 times. Today after 3 weeks of the original arrival of the wheels my 4th wheel should arrive. Hopefully the correct one. Their customer service is careless! Especially Sachila or what is her name. They wont return calls, have excuses for everything. They have a really hard time getting in touch with their management for some reason. I am really disappointed with the way they treated me, the timeline of the events and their dumb policies. It wasn't my fault that you sent me 2 different type of wheels. Why should I wait an another 3 weeks to get what i paid for 1 month ago? I will NEVER purchase from them no more!
