They won’t cancel my membership and they autocharged renewal

We were fairly satisfied with the service for the year we signed up, but due to family circumstance we cannot camp this year and multiple calls, emails, requests to not renew went unanswered-apparently they auto renew if "they don't hear from you to cancel" but when you try to cancel, for months, they do not cancel and then say you are late with payment and autocharge the card you initial paid with the year before. I am very disappointed with them not cancelling when it was requested, had to cancel my cc and file a complaint. I did what member service advised me to do, email to cancel, but they say they never got requests. I have many emails to prove it.I requested cancellation over a month before renewal due. I was going to renew next year, but will not after bad experience with them not renewing as I requested cancellation multiple times. I am still trying get cancelled. Once you sign up, they continue to auto-renew, no way to get them to respond to repeated attempts to cancel. Been working to cancel for couple months now. And today they charged my credit card to renew. Bad business practice. User's recommendation: Don't due it, they will auto renew and go after you even if you cancel ahead of time as requested. They are unresponsive if you want to cancel. They auto renew and put in on your charge card. No way to cancel.
