I ordered the trial face and eye cream. I was suppose to have 21 days to try it and cancel future orders if I didn't like it. After 14 days I called to cancel but they already sent the products 7/29/15) and charged my account 159.82 74.92 for the eye cream and 84.90 for the face cream). I called to complain and they gave me return numbers for each product, which I mailed back. They credited my account 72.95. I called again to find out why I wasn't getting refunded and was told that they would refund me an additional 62.97. So I will be refunded 135.92 instead of 159.82 because they claim they keep the rest for a restocking fee (and I still didn't get the 62.74 refunded to my account).
