They will take your money but wont help when you need them

I flew alsaka airlines to Hawaii with luggage and surfboard. my board was broken and unusable. had to buy a new one. bottom line I went to file a claim , the woman I talked to would not cover the loss calling it a snow board and that it was not covered. I paid 600 dollars for this insurance and what a waste of money.
