They will screw you over

There wasn't any cars available at enterprise on the day I needed it, so despite all the bad reviews I rented from payless in South San Francisco, CA, which is the next convenient location from me. Everything was fine, until... Today, two month later after the date of the rental, what a surprise, I got a letter from them saying the car has glass damages and they will charge my credit card on file for the repair cost, $550. There was absolutely no damage to the car when I returned it, they printed me the paper receipt for the car return. But two month later, I don't keep that piece of paper. What this means for me or anyone is that they could totally screw you like this.
