They will not respond to our complaints

Exploria Resorts is a joke. I have been in contact with them for some time regarding canceling my timeshare contracts with their company. When I bring up my issues with my ownership, instead of addressing them and offering me some sort of solution, they recycle their responses. When I try calling their member services number, I am either put on hold for a long time, and then the line disconnects, or I get routed to their financial services department, who cannot address my concerns or make any notations on my account. It is bad enough that they tricked me into upgrading my ownerships hoping that my situation would get better, as they stated it would, but now they are holding me hostage. I am 60 years old, and now they are just taking advantage of me and my situation. Exploria Resorts does not care about their owners as long as they get their check every month. User's recommendation: do not buy a timeshare with these crooks.
