They will not redeem my winnings and deactivated my account after I spent hunderds

I played all morning spending close to 6 hundred and Then won 2000. When I tried to redeem my winnings they locked me out of my account and deactivated it I tired to contact them but there is no phone to get a live person on the phone so I emailed them at least 10 times to get told back in a email they couldn't tell me why my account was deactivated.
