I used this service for 8 years. Cancelled my account on 7/25/17 and I was paid thru 10/17. When I would call to check on my refund I would hear how they are the one and only company that has this type of service and with their millions of customers it would take time for my refund to get processed. I called at least once a month. Today (2/17/18) when I made my monthly call I was informed I only had a 6 month time frame to get a refund so therefore I was no longer eligible, and you could hear his "we got you" in his tone. This was the first time I was told I had a 6 month limit. Refused to give me any information for a higher level I could go to about this issue. His remark "you are talking to someone".
