We went out of town to buy what we thought was the best recliner The Knox big recliner and rocker. The chair is broke and we can't get anyone to fix it . We bought 2 of them in April 27 of 18 and the one broke I will never buy another Lane. We have 2 other chairs that are 10 yrs old made by lazyboy and they never broke. I have talked to customer service and they can't help.
