My refrigerator that I have only had since March 2020 (4 months)broke I called the Cartersville ga store where I got it from he said he couldnt help me I would have to call Frigidaire which I did they were supposed to send a company out to our home 3 different times never heard or seen from anyone I haven had a fridge in over 2 weeks had to throw all my food away I get told 2-3 different stories no one was any help at all I kept getting told it was Frigidaire that had to help which was no help I still havent got any help from anyone I will never use Badcock again not to mention store management was extremely rude User's recommendation: If your appliances go out and you have had it under a year you’re screwed. I don’t recommend them al all.
