They wanted additional payment then I would get the bulb

I bought the HID kit from HID Nation. I got it and after the installation the high beams didn’t work. I emailed the customer services and requested the replacement. But the seller said that I haven’t obtained their warranty and therefore they were unable to help me. Later I called them and asked about the bulbs, but they wanted to get additional payment and only after that they would send it.
