I cancelled a flight 10 minutes after I booked. The cancellation process took me to the airline website and once that was done a refund to the credit card that esky used to pay for flight was refunded to them. I was out the flight and the refund from the airline. No correspondence from Esky what so ever after three different attempts. Never ever use these people go straight to airline which was my mistake plus the company is not in United States. User's recommendation: Do not use.
