They take your money but don’t deliver Products!!

I signed up with bidtoro.com in July. Took a while to figure out how the bidding process works as mass bidding takes place within the last 5 minutes. After losing countless auctions, I finally won a few. The site, however rejects payments for won items "failed payment, contact customer support". Customer support has excuses beyond- logistics, technical problems... After months I managed to pay for a couple items. This was back in August. No items delivered to date!! Management refuses to respond to my emails. Now that over 60 days has passed, my Credit Card companies are hesitant to help out. I think it's all part of their scheme. There are 4 bidders who constantly win numerous Auctions multiple times on the same item. As a VIP member, I was supposed to get 10 free daily bids: happened maybe 3 times. Cashback remittance impossible as pop up window appears showing "Merchant Account not Enabled". No clear disclosure, escalation process or Customer Care. Major Financial loss and no Communication!! Disgusted and Disgusting business ethics. This company needs to be investigated and fined.
