THEY SUCK AND WON’T RETURN EMAILS

Product was substandard and extremely too small. I have sent 3 emails requesting information with no response. Can't get into my account - they won't return that message either. My next stop is to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. All I want to do is return the products.
