They stole my poem

Years ago i sent in a poem i wrote when i was a young teen. I did what they asked a typed copy and for it to be Noterized stating its MINE. Later i recieved a letter them wanting money to publish the poem in a book i didnt have the money. Then another letter saying they went out of business. I never saw my poem or heard from them again. Until yesterday when i searched for a cat poem and i saw mine with someone elses name on it. I still have my original copy and the date. What can i do about this? I think they sold my poem to someone and they put it her name on it. Because my poem was written in 76 and she died is 75. But i didnt send it in until the 80's.
