I made a purchase in early 2018 and somehow signed up for the VIP account. I was completely unaware and have been getting charged every month since! I never got a confirmation email, a “welcome” email, I was never aware I had this account. I just recently saw my account was charged with $49 and called to complain. The representative said I signed up when I made the first purchase, and confirmed I had $400 in my account. He was very understanding but couldn’t do anything but cancel my account. I was very stern and told him I did not want to “use my credits” because I clearly haven’t been shopping and using them! I don’t want to use them because I didn’t know I had this account with MY MONEY in it and haven’t wanted to buy their product. What tips this off as a complete legal issue is that they somehow got my new debit card number and charged it from that. WHAT!?! I never used my new card on Fabletics and somehow they’ve been able to charge me every month. This is ridiculous and counts as fraud. He said to call back in 2 days and they’ll be able to figure it out because the “back office” needs to look it over. They better give back my money and stop scamming people into unwillingly joining their VIP membership. This needs to be known more.
