In February of 2020, I paid $1,700, half of the total estimate for the online marketing platform & SEO plan. The sales pitch was fabulous; the "demo" seemed just what i needed, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, insightful, etc., But after they got my money, Only excuses, MANY , many, many scheduled meeting, to see the progress for my business...Often excuses about not receiving my emails, etc. often going 6 weeks without getting a reply to many many emails. when i'd finally get a "meeting" scheduled, i'd plan my entire day around it, rearranging plans and other meetings. Always postponed, delayed, lots of excuses. Eventually, they just quit replying at all.... they are in Australia, so i probably have no legal recourse... User's recommendation: Stay away.
