Our military organization ordered from them. Buyer beware! they steal credit cards and will charge shipping cost and never return the money. They will ship out LESS than their minimum order, so basically they steal. They will not resolve our shipping cost. Paid $166 for 9 mugs delivered in a huge box, no refund yet! Three emails requesting refund of shipping. We ordered 24 mugs and only received 9. They refunded the cost of the remaining mugs not shipped, BUT we were still charged $166 to ship 24 mugs, NOT 9. We requested at least partial refund of our shipping cost. They have not resolved the issue yet. Finally received an email today stating what they already refunded. I emailed them about Shipping cost being refunded. Unacceptable to charge so much for not even receiving half of the order. We just want some of our shipping cost back, make this order right DiscountMugs!
