They stall and do not reply
Carole or whoever ever it may concern .. This this is crazy. It has been since June that I submitted my claim. You have been out of stock since then ??? Mid August and you said you would have stock in two weeks , what happened ? I bought a new hose 3 weeks ago ( AND IT WAS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY ) because I could not wait any longer, I asked for a substitute but got no response. This is the worst warranty and customer service I have experienced. Thgis is one company I shall never deal with again.
