A Country Prime Foods distributor rand our doorbell unsolicited. He said they had a "mixed up order" that caused them to have a lot of their meat in a truck. They wanted to clear it out at "wholesale" price. But it's simply not true. They make up this story to make people feel they got a "deal". We've had other people in the neighborhood get the same scam. They were driving a Country Prime Foods truck and gave me an invoice with Country Prime Foods on it too. So they look like an authorized distributor. I have no opinion on the quality of the meat, but there's something wrong with lying to potential customers and approaching them unsolicited.
