This company was sent to me through my home warranty company so I decided to use them for A/C and Duct replacement. The work they did was fine it’s the after service care that’s rotten. My system has an energy rebate which requires the tech name/ code which I don’t have. It’s been 2 months and I have not received those forms yet. I’ve spoken to every department but they wouldn’t put me through to any management. I will never recommend this company.
