one bra had short straps about 1/3 the length of normal. they could not be adjusted to make them any longer. two other bras were wrong size. money down the drain. i did not open the package right away because i was ill. waited too long to return, but i see comments that say trying to get refunds or customer service assistance is impossible anyway. they say complete lack of response. User's recommendation: beware!
