Why the heck did you send my parcel to Africa?? What the hell is it doing in Zimbabwe??? The final destination of my parcel was Germany and as far as I remember it's closer to the UK than Africa. I don't understand what kind of logic you used. Why was it necessary to redirect it to this country?? Moreover, my parcel got stuck in Zimbabwe and has been there since Monday. It's terrible!! I'm extremely infuriated.
