they sent my items separately from each other

I ordered 6 items and they sent every single item separately. Moreover, by this moment I got only 2 of them, not to mention I ordered everything 2 months ago. What's wrong with you, guys? I used to order from you and everything was ok, what has changed? Customer service didn't help me and I understand them - how this situation can be improved if everything was shipped in a wrong way? Maybe it's a lesson for me. Maybe it's a lesson for the company. Shipping items separately sucks, folks.
