They sent me broken phone

I ordered phone from the company www.homephonesonline.co.uk. These ### provided broken one, so I returned it. After that they didn’t send new phone, they started to ask different stupid questions. When I tried to call them, all phones were busy and no one replied. The worst services.So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
