They sent back my watch broken – it worked before I sent it

I sent my Gucci watch to have the winder replaced as I had accidentally pulled it out - I said they might as well do a service on it also - it was working when I sent it off and now after months of them having it - it no longer works ! And charged me almost $250 - Ive never had such *** service for my Gucci watch I will never use them again
