They send me the wrong time of my flight and that resulted in missing international flight

On September 12 2021, I received an email about my flight info from Cuenca to Berlin saying Flight IB7280 is flying at 12 Sep 17:35 Ecuador time. According to this info I want to the airport 2 hours early, just to find out that the actual time is 15:52. I couldn't chick in because it the gate was closed. I called edreams and they didn't help me or book me another flight. They offered only to refund the missing flight but that doesn't cover 10% of the cost of booking a new flight. I asked them to book a new one but they refused to help me. And put the blame on Iberia. I called Iberia and also airhelp, and they both said it's the responsibility of edreams to communicate the right time and date and can't do anything about it. As a result I end up stuck in the airport without any help or support from edreams. The worst part that they stopped responding to my chat, and not answering my calls. It's a nightmare as I missed very important appointment and about to miss another extremely important on the 16th of September.
