I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM HERE AND A FEW DAYS LATER MY LIGHT WENT OUT, THE DOOR AND THE WINDOW STOPPED WORKING. I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CONTROL ARM IN MY WHEEL THERESA, THE OFFICE MANAGER ADVISED THAT SHE WOULD WORK WITH ME TO GET IT REPAIRED AT 50% AND WAIVED THE 100.00 FEE. I TOOK MY CAR THAT I PURCHASED MARCH 2019 IN JULY TO GET FIXED. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS REPAIRED IS THE LIGHT. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THEY ORDERED THE PART AND NEVER DID. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND SPOKE WITH THE GM, DAVON. TO SAY HE IS A GM, HE NEVER RETURN CALLS WHEN HE SAY HE IS. NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME AFTER A NEW PERSON TOOK OVER REPAIRS THAT I HAVE TO PAY 100.00 AND THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE 50%. THIS WAS THE WORST THING THEY COULD DO. THEY WILL BE ALL ON MY FB PAGE, I'M CONTACTING THE BBB AND THE NEWS STATION. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME WITH A USED DEALERSHIP AND I AM LIVID.
