Ok, I had a pest problem and with them charging less than other companies I decided to give them a try. When Shannon came to my house in August 30th 2020 he explained to me that the charge would be thirty-three dollars a month for service. That's what made me decide to let the guy come out for service and I paid him one hundred forty-nine dollars. Ok he came in November 2020 I paid the thirty-three dollars and haven't seen him since. But now January 2021 their trying to charge me for two months that they didn't serve my house. In other words they are over charging me and proud of it! Everybody I reached out to about the bill was against me and didn't listen to me at all!!!! User's recommendation: It's up to you if you want to be ripped off!!!
