They returned my pet in the wrong urn or they were wrong remains

My 12 year old cat Kiki died recently and I wanted to have her cremated privately so I could be certain I was given her ashes only. Well when they finally returned her I got home and was looking at the paperwork and the paperwork was for a totally different cat . And then I looked at the urn and it was the same name on the paperwork. They claimed it was just the urn and paperwork that was mixed up but theyre website claimed they had a special tracking process that keeps track of the pet from the minute the get it till its returned. Obviously not. I p as Id extra to be sure I got back my pet. But now Ill never know for certain. They need to reimburse the money I paid for this. Because its just wrong for them to be paid. User's recommendation: Do not leave your family pet in their care if you want good service.
