They reopened my account and charged me for additional service

Update by user Apr 01, 2020 They automatically "Uncancelled" my cancellation without my permission so they could charge me. Original review posted by user Apr 01, 2020 Within 2 weeks I cancelled the service . I did and removed the auto-pay option well within the "free trial period" (by the way it's not a free trial). They charge me in advance the day I opened the account. They don't send confirmation emails of your activity; when you cancel. However, they do keep a record in your profile activity section. It showed all of my cancellation request and as if by some random miracle, the status was updated to "uncancelled". They billed me and none of this the "uncancelled" account or the billing. It somehow just happened... User's recommendation: Do not trust them with your credit card informaiton.
