They refused to exchange a pair of boots i bought only a couple days ago and had never worn except for in store. Thaey apparently had become unsellable because the crease put in them when i was walking around the store. Sounds like a load of crap to me. they must just really need salse at the red wind in north dartmouth mass to pull something like that on a loyal coustmer. However they didnt realize all the future sales they will loose due to their horrible coustmer, and that is far worse that taking a hit on one pair of boots!!
