THEY REFUSE TO PAY ME FOR $875 DUE WHEN I CANCELLED NY EXTENDED WARRANRTY

I have been driving Mercedes cars exclusively since 1974. Since 1998 my wife have been driving 2 Mercedes exclusively. I sold my 2013 SL550 that I purchased from Mercedes Escondido in June 2020. I had several months left on my extended warranty and I was entitled to a refund of $875. I canceled the policy on June 4th. I called the dealer to check on a refund and he told me the company had sold out to another Mercedes dealership and he had no way to get my credit. DATE REFUND APPROVED 6/04/2020 MY CONFIRMED CONTRACT CANCELLING POLICY IS: CPOC #3388**** 1. I have called Mercedes Financial 6-7 times and got nowhere. They keep transferring me back and forth to the same people accomplishing nothing but wasting hours of my time 2. I have contacted Mercedes Escondido by phone and letter to their finance manager and to there general manager. Both of them have completely ignored me 3. I have been in touch with an Executive Referral Manager at Mercedes USA who promised to try to help. She did call me as promised today but no action has been taken on my request. 4. I have sent letters to the CEO, CFO and 3 other corporate officers at Mercedes USA, never heard from any of them. After driving Mercedes over 40 years I am out my $875. Unfortunately I just leased a 2020 SL450 which I obtained just before their refusing to pay me my refund. When you drive out the door from this place after purchasing a vehicle, don't expect any help from them down the road. IT WILL BE THE LAST MERCEDES I WILL EVER DRIVE I have been contacted by Mercedes since I lefty this review but I still have not received my payment. User's recommendation: DON'T EVER BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM MERCEDES.
