They refuse to contact their customers or compensate

I'm freaking so mad right now I need to hear from you ASAP IVE BEEN EMAILING SINCE YESTERDAY $850 gone and my screen froze up and o got knocked out if 2nd place n lost 656bill I n coins not to mention over 800 billion I bought thats over 1 2 trillion Not to mention multipe charges and several downloading issues.They literally charge high amounts and rip you off it doesnt last more then 10 minutes and have the absolute worst customer service.
