They refuse to answer me or send product i ordered back in March

ordered a 21' awning back in March, told in would ship in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later, i called for 3 days before somebody answered to say they don't know when it will ship. several emails/calls later-still no answer. In early June i finally spoke to a gentleman that told me if i would take a 20' awning in brown, he could ship it the next day. i said PLEASE!!. about 10 day later 1 box showed up of 2, the tracking info showed the 1 box leave Washington, but the 2nd never left. after many emails/calls again-still no answer. Just get a generic sorry email. The last one i sent was 2 weeks ago, they responded today with a what is the order number?? which is clearly in the subject line of the entire email chain. i am going to report them as a fraudulent company to anybody that will listen. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ALEKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
