They refuse my service

I walk in the location on Dunham RD in Maple Hts OH on Friday and I got turn around because they was close if you all was close why have the door unlock I feel thats not professional as a customer they should have still took my service. I want be back to none of there location once them people at that location did that I feel like all have bad customer service.
