They really care for their customers!

I am their new customer. I opened an account today. Obviously, I do not have so much experience of working with this bank, but I want to tell you about my first impression. The teller I was talking to tried really hard to deliver the best support. He told me about all the options available and warned about extra fees. More to the point after opening an account for me he prompted how to get additional bonuses. That was rather surprising! He made my day. As a businessman I understand that there is no sense to provide extra goodies for opening an account to a customer who has ALREADY opened an account. But he decided to go above and beyond and to leave the best impression! Unfortunately, my first experience was not so perfect. Since it started from meeting a grumpy greeter who was supposed to greet me with a smile, but spoke sharply instead. That is why I will take one point off.
