we began with Birch on 1-19-2018. We are a midsize company with 70 employees. at 12:01 am on January 19 all our phones stopped working. At 11:00 am I called them and they said its scheduled to go on at 8pm. I said the salesman said it would be a SEAMLESS PROCESS, in-interrupted service. They said its not the norm for new customer to lose service. I said so something is wrong can i discuses it with a supervisor, they said there are no supervisor available it would be on by 8 pm. 8 pm came, it did not work and i called back their 24/7 technical support. It turns out they lie about 24 hour support since the people answering the phone said there is no 24 hour support and that they could not help me. To make a long story short its Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm and I have no phone service and no one to discuss it with until Monday 8:00 am. However they could not discuss it Friday why would they discuss it Monday. I stil have no phone service by Monday i would be losing over $100,000.00 in sales with a good chance of losing customer and employees. This is January, we are an inventory company doing inventory for retail stores, this is the busiest month of the year. We will be out of business if the phone is not back on by mid week (NEED TO MEET PAYROLL) and even if it comes on Tomorrow we would have lost employees and customers and lots of sales.
