My room ceiling came down and they blame me in my husband after the told us it needed to be fix the said we over filled the tub but we didnt we filed it and let the water out because we didnt get right in the whirlpool so when we refilled it it wasnt even 40% filled before the water went all in the garage we tell management and they tell us we can still use it smh I love this place but after this I will never come back here in Northbrook Illinois
