they promised services and never delivered after I paid them $5,000.00

Received initial phone call from salesperson in mid February 2016. They promised a list of services and gave me references of current clients names/contact numbers. After I followed up with all the clients, I agreed to sign a contract and sent them a check for $5, 000.00. When I hadn't heard anything further after I noticed my check had been cashed, I followed up with them. It was then that they dropped the bomb that in order for me to implement the services, it would cost me significantly more, as they sub contracted out with another vendor, who required more money to get the program started. (Typical bait/switch) I immediately asked to cancel and have my money returned. They have refused and even after sending Bob Fitzgerald a lengthy email, (extremely professional in nature) I have yet to receive any response. I will also note, his sales people constantly referenced my company, Keller Williams, whom they claim to affiliate with. This was how they initially got my attention.
