We just bought a house from LGI and we were told that they were going to pay insurance and HOA for a year. Come to find out we got a bill the other day and I gave it to our sales rep and now he said in his own words they trained him wrong and it wasn't true. Now I am having to pay 500$ because they said they can't do anything about it! He been selling homes for 3+ years with LGI how did they train him wrong JS. But I suggest you keep looking for other homes because its BS!!
