For the third time my card was hacked with over $3000 in charges. They credited my account but when the new card was issued there was $700 dollars that should have been credited and they auto deducted it from my account. Now there is a $700 plus credit and they won’t refund it to me. We have been calling for approx 3 weeks, and now they say they are investigating it....this is a terrible bank, credit card company. And....most of the people who we spoke with had NO CLUE User's recommendation: Don’t use merrick bank for anything.
