Their customer service is fuqn horrible! I've been goin through a world of trouble starting with trying to my account balance ( they claimed the wrong birthday was put and wouldn't give me any information until I sent my DL &;;;;;;;;;;;;;Social!) Then on 02/26/2019 I asked for a new card to be expressed to be shipped to me (paid 19.95 instead of $9.95) was told to call baq in 24 hrs to receive tracking number.... Well I called today and I keep getting these rude *** Representatives that tell me "oh it's going to take 48 hrs before we can give you the tracking number"! I hate this company all other Banks and pre-paid cards allow you transfer money from pre to an actual account but not these stupid *** people!
