They messed up my account and then charge me

This company is a nightmare! Poor customer service. I’ve had two accounts that they agreed I could have combined into one bill for over 2 years (House and detached garage) they finally decided to split up the accounts into two separate bills without informing me. They conveniently took my monthly payment and added all monies to the garage account leaving my home account as unpaid and my garage account in a positive balance of HUNDREDS of dollars. They say they sent me a paper bill which I never received. Any and all contact I received from them was always paperless and nothing stating their decision to separate my bill. I realized what they did when my power was suddenly shut off. I called to find out why and TADAAA sorry for the change we did 2 months ago. Not only were they sitting on hundreds of my money but now I was forced to pay a $480 deposit for them to restart service and $107 to get it back on the same day.
