Malibu Sunrooms took my $$ for over HALF the project. I was told in MARCH of 2018 I would have a sunroom by August 2018. IN OCTOBER, I found out that NOT ONLY HAD THEY TAKEN MY $$, that my sunroom was NEVER PAID FOR OR ORDERD and the company had CLOSED THEIR DOORS! The WHOLE time being told that they didn't have enough crews. Well, if you weren't paying people, then why wasn't my sunroom at LEAST paid for with the $19,140?????!!!!! The $$ had to go somewhere!!!!! I had my deck taken down where the sunroom was to go. Now I have NO deck - cannot use my back door - and have to come up with AN ADDITONAL $20,000 to have SOMEONE build it. This may not be much $$ to others, but it was my RETIREMENT and TERRI did not have the BALLS to TELL ME! I had to find out VIA the person TRYING to help me.
