On my end it showed that I was on stand by only in case the scheduled house keeper did not show up. NOT ONCE DID I EVER GET A MESSAGE STATING THAT THE ASSIGNED HOUSEKEEPER DID NOT SHOW UP AND IT WAS ON ME TO SHOW UP. I MESSAGED TIDY AND THOSE MF WANT TO MAKE ME LOOK BAD BY SAYING I CANCELLED ON PURPOSE WHEN I NEVER DID!!!!
