They make it impossible to cancel their service

I have been trying to cancel this service for 2 years! When the auto-renewal receipt showed up in my email last year I called and was assured it was cancelled. This year the auto-renewal receipt hit again and I did everything I could think of to cancel again...emails (all came back as undeliverable), phone calls (left messages with no responses), logged into my account and clicked to cancel my subscription (the CANCEL button would not activate although the X out of the screen did). I reported the broken link repeatedly and got a response from customer service asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I replied YES and clicked send. The email was returned as undeliverable. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE! User's recommendation: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO RABBIT TV!
